She has 25 years experience as a PA in the public and private sector supporting executives at all levels. Wendy’s coaching skills were forged at the tender age of 10 whilst working for her dad in London during the summer holidays. Being in the ‘eye of the storm’ Wendy and her four sisters were given a unique insight into the highs and lows of running a business, and the impact this had on her father and the family as a whole. Her background, training and expertise has given her great insight into what makes a professional tick. Her capacity to communicate and connect with people at all levels is truly unique.

Wendy qualified as a Personal Coach with The Coaching Academy in 2004 and is a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), having undertaken some of her training with both Paul McKenna and Richard Bandler. Wendy is a Qualified Level II Practitioner in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Wendy is also a trained career mentor and has a background in holistic therapies. Wendy has introduced scores of people to coaching and has helped small business owners, entrepreneurs and executives ‘get out of their own way’ and forge successful careers whilst still having a life.
